Dana Otto is a textile artist & industrial designer, creating at the intersection of utility & art from her NYC studio.

Her first project, Dreamcoat is an offering to those who choose to find joy in seasons that can sometimes feel dark, cold & mundane.

It is a strategy to boost moods, create smiles & inspire connections. 

Each jacket is ethically produced in small batches, using Oeko-Tex Standard 100 fabrics tested to be free of harmful substances. Dana Otto studio is consistently looking for the most thoughtful, total picture, responsible way to bring her works of art to their collectors.

Through alchemizing the pillars of her creative practices, she creates wearable works of art that will transform your energy & provide you with the gift of experiencing yourself out in the world as the unique creative being that you are, without compromising on function or comfort. 

As a textile artist, Dana is inspired by opulent patterns from the 1970s, color therapy & Opp Art.

As an industrial designer, Dana aims to distill everyday objects to their most elegant form & function to serve as wearable canvases for her original textile art. 

Each print & design is developed as part of her personal creative practice, steeped in love & protection, with the sincere intention of empowering & supporting the collective who finds their own personal joy & magic through wearing her creations.
